My shop drawings provide comprehensive technical information for construction teams, ensuring precise execution of mechanical and plumbing systems. Each drawing adheres to IFC (Issued For Construction) standards and includes detailed information for accurate installation.
- Ensured all shop drawings strictly adhered to IFC (Issued For Construction) standards.
- Developed detailed layouts, including ductwork with precise dimensions and support notations, piping networks with slopes, valve locations, and insulation specifications, Fire Fighting sprinkler layouts following NFPA standards, and drainage and water supply riser diagrams.
- Created installation details for critical MEP components (e.g., valve assemblies, pump rooms, HVAC units, fire hose cabinets) to guide site teams accurately during execution.
- Prepared comprehensive legends and annotation standards to maintain consistency across all drawings and enhance readability.
- Generated BIM-based schedules for ducts (by system, size, and insulation type), pipes (by material, diameter, service), equipment (FCUs, AHUs, Pumps, etc.), and fittings and accessories.
- Integrated builder’s work drawings with precise coordination openings for MEP penetrations through slabs, walls and beams, minimizing clashes onsite.
- Included cross-section views, 3D isometric views and profiles when needed, for congested areas to provide better understanding for installation teams.
